Ms. Henkels has an MBA from Rutgers University, a BS in Accounting from Iowa State, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Iowa. An accomplished businesswoman, she established the goal of extending the savings and benefits afforded by the Care Entrée program to everyone. With her well-balanced knowledge of business, finances, management, systems, medical provider networks and claims processing, she is the best person to lead Care Entrée through the rapid growth that is to come.

Bob Bintliff joined Precis, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in August of 2004. His career has included 19 years of experience as a CPA in public practice, including service as an audit partner in the firm of Coopers & Lybrand, predecessor to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, one of the world's largest professional services firms and several years operating his own accounting and management consulting practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Additionally, he has held positions in executive management with several companies, including President and CEO of Jim Bridges Acquisition Company and Chief Financial Officer of Comercis, Inc. Earlier in his career, he held a senior financial management position in InterFirst Corporation, a $9 billion regional bank holding company. 

Bob holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas. Bob's many years of experience with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and operational management will be invaluable to Precis, Inc. In addition, his extensive experience with due diligence in mergers and acquisitions makes him a perfect fit for us as we continue to grow and expand our business

Terry Brewster is Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Care Entrée. He is a career-long sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in various aspects of the healthcare industry. Most recently, Mr. Brewster was Senior Vice President over Aetna's Southwest sales region, helping them launch their consumer-driven healthcare product. Prior to Aetna, Mr. Brewster was the Chief Marketing Officer for QualChoice Health Plan, an HMO affiliated with Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. With Family Health Program, Mr. Brewster rebuilt the sales organization, growing his region's sales to over $200 million in just three years before accepting the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 1988.

Mr. Brewster has the leadership and strategic planning skills to help Care Entrée to expand in the years to come. Terry Brewster has a B.A. from California State University, Long Beach, and an MBA in Marketing from Pepperdine University.

Bobby Rhodes, V.P. Provider Relations, is our link to the providers in the networks. Bringing extensive experience and expertise in medical insurance, collections and repricing, Mr. Rhodes ensures the highest savings available to our members. An experienced Claims and Operations Manager for major insurance companies, such as Metropolitan Life, Heritage Southwest Medical Group, and Cardiovascular Provider Resources / HeartPlace, he has the existing relationships in place to ensure the highest level possible of provider satisfaction, which in turn benefits our family of members.

Mr. Rhodes studied business finance at the University of Texas. His experience in sports and business gives him a unique mix of leadership, salesmanship and service orientation and makes him the consummate team player. He is an extraordinary component of a great team.

Dr. Kent Webb - Medical Director
Kent H. Webb, M.D. is a general and vascular surgeon and is the cofounder and a director of Surgical Hospital of Oklahoma. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and serves as a Clinical Professor for the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Webb is a past Director of the Smart Card Industry Association, a nonprofit association. He is a surgical consultant for the Ethicon Division of Johnson & Johnson Company, a publicly-held pharmaceutical and consumer products company. 

Eliseo (Lee) Ruiz is our Vice President and General Counsel, joining us in January of 2004. Care Entrée looks to Mr. Ruiz for the strong leadership he exhibited as Vice President and General Counsel of CyberBills, Inc., where he served as a key member of the management team that helped build the Silicon Valley company into a leading provider of online bill management services. Before joining CyberBills, Mr. Ruiz was an Associate General Counsel at Concentra, Inc., a leading provider of managed care and corporate health services.

Mr. Ruiz has the corporate legal experience to provide firm legal guidance to Care Entrée. Mr. Ruiz graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with his B.A., and acquired his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law.
